Florality is a system organisation platform for plural and median systems. It helps you track members, who is fronting, notes, folders, front history, analytics, and sharing preferences in one place.
The web app is available today during open beta. You can create a free account, import existing data, and upgrade when you want more profile customization or Discord perks.
Yes. Florality is actively developed and we ship improvements regularly through the changelog.
Beta does not mean throwaway data. Your system, notes, and imports are stored like production data. Features may change, and we recommend keeping a periodic export if you rely on Florality for day-to-day organisation.
Florality is available on the web today. You can use it from modern desktop and mobile browsers without installing anything.
Native applications for desktop and mobile are planned. We will release them when engineering and quality targets allow, rather than shipping clients that lag behind the web experience.
Yes. Dedicated iOS and Android clients are on the roadmap so you can manage your system on the go.
Until native apps ship, the responsive web app works on phones and tablets. Add it to your home screen for an app-like shortcut where your browser supports it.
We are prioritising import paths and continuity on the web application ahead of those transitions. Import tooling, partial re-import, and merge behaviour are active areas of work.
Timelines can change as upstream services evolve. Follow the changelog and our announcements for migration guidance as deadlines approach.
Yes. Florality includes a Simply Plural import flow that brings over members, folders, notes, custom fields, avatars, and front history where the source data allows.
Large systems can take time, especially when rehosting media from Simply Plural URLs. You can leave the tab open while the server continues the import; progress is tracked in import history.
Yes. Export your system from Octocon as JSON and import it through Florality's Octocon import path.
As with any migration, review members, folders, and notes after import. Report gaps through contact or Discord so we can improve mapping for common export shapes.
Simply Plural imports support merge behaviour when you run a follow-up import into an existing system. Folder descriptions and some fields update when the remote source is newer or the local field is empty.
This helps you recover from a partial import or pull in changes made in Simply Plural after your first migration. Check import history for status and any error messages.
Free includes unlimited members, fronts, folders, notes per member, member templates, front history, and analytics, plus base profile customization and 10 MB file uploads.
Paid tiers add GIF media, custom fonts, custom color schemes, larger uploads, and Discord role perks. See the pricing page for the full feature matrix.
Yes. Open Settings → Billing to change plans or cancel. Stripe handles subscription checkout (including local currency where available) and hosted checkout to add cards; the customer portal covers other billing updates.
Cancellations keep your paid perks until the end of the current billing period and do not refund that period. If perks do not appear immediately after checkout, use Sync from Stripe on the billing page.
UK and EU consumers generally have 14 days to cancel distance contracts without giving a reason. For digital content you can agree to immediate access and waive that change-of-mind right at checkout.
If you are eligible, use Settings → Billing → Payments → “Cancel contract and request full refund” within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise cancel renewal in Stripe (access until period end, no automatic refund). See /refunds for the full policy.
Florality shows localized Stripe prices when matching prices exist for your billing currency and region.
Tax, discounts, and final totals are calculated during Stripe checkout. The amount on the pricing page is an estimate until checkout completes.
Yearly PRO and PRO Plus subscriptions include a discount when Stripe has matching yearly prices in your region.
The pricing page shows the effective monthly equivalent when yearly billing is selected so you can compare intervals side by side.
Voluntary donations and paid subscriptions are available from the pricing page and Settings → Billing.
Proceeds fund product development, infrastructure, and ongoing operations. Donations do not replace subscriptions if you want recurring perks like Discord roles or upload limits.
You do. Florality stores your system data so you can organise and share it according to your preferences.
You can export your data from Settings and review how we handle information in the Privacy Policy. See the security page for encryption, authentication, and access controls.
Florality uses privacy buckets and friend/group permissions so you control what others can see, from public profile fields to notes and fronting status.
Bucket rules apply across the product and API. Technical details are documented under privacy buckets in the public REST API reference.
Yes. Settings includes GDPR-oriented export options so you can download a copy of your data.
Account deletion flows respect retention requirements for billing and security logs. Contact us if you need help with a specific export or deletion request.
We do not use generative AI in building Florality. Our engineering practices stay deliberate and conservative in that regard.
Florality never sends your system content to LLM or other generative AI providers. That applies to every feature and workflow.
We cannot certify that every third-party dependency is free of such tooling, because we do not audit all upstream packages. That caveat is about our supply chain, not about Florality transmitting your data to AI services.
Members are the people in your system. Fronts track who is fronting now and over time; front history records sessions you can review and edit later.
Folders and directories help group members. Statuses, custom fields, and templates let you model each member the way your system actually works.
Each member can have unlimited notes with Markdown formatting, templates, mentions, tables, and attachments within plan upload limits.
Notes autosave as you type. Imported Markdown from other tools is normalised where possible so tables and media remain readable on mobile and desktop.
Yes. Florality exposes a versioned REST API documented at /docs, including authentication, scopes, and privacy bucket behaviour.
API keys are scoped so automations and integrations only access what you allow. Use the docs site for endpoints, rate limits, and terminology.
Paid tiers can sync Discord roles that reflect your subscription. Link Discord in Settings and use Sync from Stripe after checkout if roles lag.
Discord perks are optional. They do not gate core product features. See pricing for which tiers include role sync.
Use the contact page for account, billing, or privacy questions. Include your system slug and steps to reproduce if you are reporting a bug.
Community discussion often happens on Discord. Security-sensitive reports should go through the responsible disclosure path on the security page.
The public changelog lists shipped features, fixes, and migration notes.
Signed-in users can also review changelog history from Settings when they want a longer audit trail of product updates.
